The goals in place for the 2024/25 year were at the end of a three-year cycle; staff feedback strongly indicated it was time for a change, and goals for September 2025 were developed collaboratively over four months.

Actions: What will we do to support all learners?
-Weekly SBT meetings to monitor priority students. -Available to students: individual counselling, safety planning, NOYFSS, CYMH, Coping tools/skills groups, Friendship groups, Emotional ABC’s, EASE, PADS, Everyday Speech, Preventure, Ease, Zones of Regulation, Character Strengths, PADS, Calming Stations, and Move Work Breath Stations. -Our entire staff is trained in Level One restitution. -We conduct targeted Social/Emotional intervention.
